These terms govern your use of koreapeak.com (the "Site") and the KoreaPeak early-access waitlist. By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

About KoreaPeak

KoreaPeak is a pre-launch hiking guide for foreign visitors to Korea. The Site currently offers a preview and an early-access waitlist. Features shown are in development and may change before launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist lets us notify you about early access and launch. It does not create any obligation to provide the app, any specific feature, or any timeline, and it is not a purchase or a contract for service.

Acceptable use

Use the Site lawfully. Don't attempt to disrupt, misuse, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.

Safety disclaimer

KoreaPeak is a planning and information aid, not a substitute for your own judgment. Hiking carries inherent risks. Always check official sources, prepare properly, and make your own safety decisions. We are not liable for decisions you make based on information from the Site or, later, the app.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that KoreaPeak will launch on any particular date.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoreaPeak is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Site as we move toward launch. The "last updated" date above will reflect any change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
